Investing in supervisors means investing in the child welfare workforce.

As a Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) member, Voce is pleased to serve as the host site for Supervising for Excellence and Success, an upcoming professional development opportunity for child welfare supervisors.
The September training will take place across three dates—one virtual session followed by two days of in-person learning at Voce’s training space in Camp Hill, PA.

Strong supervisors play a critical role in supporting staff, strengthening practice and creating the conditions for children and families to thrive. We’re glad to help bring child welfare professionals together to learn, connect and strengthen their leadership skills.
