Netta's Bio: Netta Radzinski is the Special Assistant for External Relationships at Pennsylvania’s Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), where she leads the State Advisory Council and its five subcommittees to advance equitable access, workforce development, and system improvements in early childhood education. With a background in social work, she builds partnerships across diverse stakeholders to strengthen OCDEL’s programs and services, advocating for systemic changes that ensure all children—especially those from historically marginalized communities—have access to high-quality early learning opportunities and the supports needed for child development, family engagement, and resilience.
